- Identity and contact details (name, email address, phone number, message) submitted through Meetergo booking or contact forms.
- Technical data (IP address, connection logs) processed by the host for the security and operation of the site.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiries and arranging an introductory call — pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Providing the coaching services — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Complying with our legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Ensuring the security of the site — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by the following providers, within the European Union:
- Meetergo — booking and forms (https://meetergo.com).
- DanubeData — site hosting (https://danubedata.ro).
Transfers outside the European Union
Data is hosted within the European Union. Should any transfer outside the European Union occur, it would be covered by appropriate safeguards (in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).
Retention period
- Contact enquiries: 3 years from the last contact.
- Contractual and accounting records: 10 years.
- Technical logs: around 12 months.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Your rights

Automated decisions
No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out based on your data.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own: only a language preference is stored locally in your browser (storage strictly necessary for the site to function).
Bookings are handled by the Meetergo tool, which is embedded in the site. Meetergo manages cookie consent itself, and its privacy policy applies to that tool.
