These terms of use set out the conditions for accessing and using the site. By browsing the site, you accept these terms.
Access to the site
The site is available free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during maintenance or in cases of force majeure. No availability guarantee is provided.
Intellectual property
The content of the site is protected. Any unauthorised reproduction or representation is prohibited.
Services and bookings
Coaching sessions are booked through the Meetergo tool (https://meetergo.com). The conditions applicable to a booking are presented during the booking process.
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled flexibly, at no charge.
External links
The site contains links to third-party services, in particular Meetergo. EGN Coaching has no control over these services and accepts no responsibility for their content or terms.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. EGN Coaching cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site.

The processing of data is described on the “Privacy” page.
Changes to these terms
EGN Coaching may change these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review them regularly.
Consumer mediation
In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. As no mediator has been appointed to date, the professional undertakes to provide the consumer with the details of the competent mediator before any contract is concluded.

These terms are governed by French law.
